What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect the details you type in: your first and last name, email address, and optionally your phone number, your borough or city, the role you are joining as, and anything you choose to tell us about what you are looking for.

Artists can also add social and YouTube links so we can review their music. Drivers can add the platforms they drive for and confirm they are 18 or over.

Why we collect it

We use your details to review your interest, decide who takes part in the New York pre-pilot, and contact you about RydaTunez. If you tick the box to hear from us by text, we may also send you short pilot updates. Ticking that box is optional and can be undone at any time.

We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell or share them with other companies.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details while we are preparing and running the pilot, because the people on this list are the customers and partners we plan to launch with.

If you ask us in writing to remove your details, we will delete them. Email us at info@rydatunez.com from the address you signed up with and we will take care of it.

Who can see it

Only the RydaTunez team can see waitlist entries. Entries are not public, and they are not visible to other people who join the list.

We use secure service providers to host the app and store the list. They process the data on our behalf only.

Your choices

You can ask us to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them at any time by emailing info@rydatunez.com. We will respond as quickly as we can.

Children

The waitlist is for people 18 and over. Drivers must confirm they are 18 or older to join.
